As of July 2, 2013 all programs included under the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture’s Homegrown Success program suite have been closed to further applications.  This includes: Environment (BMPs, Soil Amendments), Business Development, Genetic Enhancement and Quality Assurance (Food Safety, Traceability and Biosecurity. NSCP Levy Now $3.00, Effective July 1, 2013

At the NSCP Annual General Meeting on February 23, members approved an amendment to Section 6 of the Nova Scotia Cattle Producers Regulations to increase levy from $2.00 to $3.00.
