NSCP Field Day- October 26, 2012

Join the Nova Scotia Cattle Producers, Perennia and OH Armstrong Food Service on October 26, 2012 for a workshop that focuses on producing cattle for today’s consumer.

This workshop will feature a tour of the OH Armstrong processing facility as well as a tour of Andrew vanOostrum’s farm.  Jason Koudys from Beef Improvement Opportunities will be on have to demonstrate ultrasound carcass quality prediction technology.

A $10.00 registration fee will be charged to cover a portion of lunch with remaining proceeds to be donated to the Nova Scotia 4H Beef Team traveling to the Royal Winter Fair.
