Larry Weatherby Elected Chair of NSCP

Nova Scotia Cattle Producers held their annual general meeting on Saturday February 21, 2015 at the Best Western Glengarry in Truro.  More than 50 producers and industry stakeholders were in attendance to hear presentations on research, trade and industry programs.

Larry Weatherby was elected as Chair for the coming year.  Larry and his family operate a cow-calf and backgrounding farm just outside of Truro.  Larry has been farming beef cattle for more than 30 years and has been involved with the NSCP as a Zone 4 Director since 2012.  The 2015 Board of NSCP is as follows:
